Lou Luedtke - President & CEO

Lou brings 29 years of engineering, technical sales and business leadership experience to NCC. He is particularly adept at creating and maintaining long-term partnerships leading to mutual benefits for highly technical product development. He has served the power and environmental markets and has held leadership positions in US Fortune 500 companies and foreign-owned global companies. Managing and leading small growth companies has been his focus for the last nine years, and NCC is on track for aggressive growth in both government and industrial funded programs in 2003.

Harry Couch - Technical Oversight

Harry brings 46 years of experience in the development and production implementation of polymeric materials to his work at NCC. Harry’s leadership in the development of automotive structures using polymers and polymer composites has ranged from ball joints and suspension links to springs and urethane seating. He is a member of the Delphi Automotive Inventors and Scientists Hall of Fame and has received significant awards for his work with composites in automotive applications. As technical advisor for NCC, Harry is closely involved with programs that include process and materials and design developments for aerospace, automotive, rail service and highway infrastructure.

Alan Fatz - Program Manager

Alan offers 33 years of experience in plastics material and process development; welding robotic cells; production implementation of composite products, structural composite processing; and composite technology assessment for automotive applications. Alan is also skilled in the areas of just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing, lean manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC); patent law for engineers and the principles of corrosion.

Jessica Ravine - Program Manager

Jessica Ravine’s responsibilities currently include managing NCC’s design and optimization programs and test lab, as well as NCC’s contribution to two carbon nanotechnology initiatives focused on developing thin film technologies. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Materials Engineering with a focus in composites. She is also involved in several long fiber thermoplastic programs as well as other nanocomposite projects with a focus on thermal and electrical applications.
