Anyone regularly doing business with the National Composite Center knows most “tough questions” eventually find their way to the desk of Harry Couch - NCC’s Senior Technical Advisor.
Mr. Couch has been involved in the development and production implementation of polymeric materials for 46years. 36 of those years were with General Motors. He has been directly involved with controlled fiber composites for 29 years.
Mr. Couch has been heavily involved with automotive professional societies, including: membership in the Engineering Society of Detroit; serving as Chairman of the Advanced Composites Conference and Exposition; and serving as Chairman of the Dayton Section of SAE. He is a member of the Delphi Automotive Inventors and Scientists Hall of Fame. He was elected as a Fellow in the Society of Automotive Engineering International in 1997 for his leadership in the use of composites in automotive applications. He has also been recognized with an “Outstanding Engineer Award” for his work in structural composite development. This award was conferred by the Affiliate Societies Council of the Miami Valley.

- Summary Report - “Formal Report” includes executive summary, report, references and any additional resources available (2-5 pages).
How do I sign up?
Simply download the “Ask Harry” User Agreement and fax to 937-297-9440. This includes pricing, contact, and billing information. Completing this form will also set up your company as a new customer with the National Composite Center. Upon receipt of the completed form and payment your “Ask Harry” response will be emailed to you.
